DYNAMIC FLOW – YOGA 4 ALL
Any yoga class I teach is suitable for everyone! The Italian DYNAMIC FLOW classes are back friendly, mobilizing and relaxing. The German DYNAMIC FLOW on Tuesday has a changing focus according to my work and your needs. The German DYNAMIC FLOW on Saturday is more playful, flowing and vibrant.

ONLINE YOGA WITH ZOOM
The online yoga classes are broadcasted live via ZOOM. The software is easy to manage for everyone and completely free of charge. Get your yoga class live into your own living room! Detailed instructions below.
I record the classes, so if you miss one you can do it later on via the recording. If you like, I can also give you virtual help or hands on adjustments by pausing the recording. But it’s completely up to you if you’d rather stay anonymous and in your own private zone during streaming. There is also room for exchange or just a natter afterwards.
THE PROCEDURE
Personal Training provides the opportunity to work on specific, individual and personal needs. Unlike in an open yoga class the work is more intense. Being concentrated and mindful allows for opening up in a deeper way and thus to understand our own body and mind and its needs more profoundly.
Especially in case of injuries or conditions that cannot be addressed in groups, personal training provides the space to work with them and to develop strategies which are beneficial and practical.
It is not only the physical level which benefits from an individual and customized yoga practice, it also helps to take responsibility and to grow within the conditions given.
Another goal of personal training can be the building of an individual yoga practice with changing focus.
