Yoga for Kids is an excellent start to introduce Yoga to your children (recommended age: 4 – 8 years). 10 minutes in length, the videos are long or better yet, short enough to keep your children focused and entertained. You can play them one after the other for longer sessions or just one at a time. Your children will benefit from the movements that can be performed anywhere and a variety of techniques for calming down and relaxing.
