The Program

In this program you will find a tool box that uses different media to make it as easy as possible for you to start or restart your yoga practice. You can begin this program anytime and go your own way as simply and easily as your pace and time allow. 

 

This package consists of:

 

  • 5 videos 
  • 1 booklet 
  • 4 online sessions Yoga
  • 1 question-and-answer call (Q&A)
  • 1 online personal training session

Not only do the videos demonstrate the basic postures and principles of Yoga, they also show you different ways to begin and end your practice. The booklet complements and enhances different aspects of yoga practice and gives a little insight into the history of Hatha Yoga. 

 

In a tailor-made personal training session, we take an even closer look at your practice. You will benefit from most valuable personal support as well as helpful tweaks and adjustments (Yes, this really is possible online as well), personalized advice and recommendations for daily or regular practice.  

 

Furthermore, you have the opportunity to practice what you have learned in four live sessions online together with other participants. A question and answer call (Q&A) rounds it all off nicely and reinforces your confidence and trust in YOUR Yoga, in your own special yoga practice. 

The Content

  • 3 twenty-minute videos
    Here I introduce the basic postures and the most important principles of a yoga practice.  

  • 2 twenty-minute videos
    In these videos I show you deeper postures and flowing yoga movements (Vinyasa). 

  • 1 booklet
    This contains a short introduction to the history of Hatha Yoga, as well as illustrated texts that describe the basic postures and possible variations, use of props, the teaching of a breathing technique (Pranayama), and instructions for a relaxation exercise to finish your yoga practice. 

  • 4 online sixty-minute sessions via ZOOM
    Either one or a combination of both on 
    Tuesdays at 7 pm CET introduction/starters  and 
    Saturdays at 10 am CET continuation/re-starters 

  • 1 online 30-minute call: Question & Answer
    This is your opportunity to get all your questions about your own yoga practice answered.  

  • 1 online 60-minute session via ZOOM
    Your 1:1 personal training online
    In these sixty minutes I will lead you individually through your own practice session, accompany you with advice and feedback on your posture, and make recommendations for your daily or regular sessions.
