DYNAMIC FLOW – YOGA 4 ALL

Any yoga class I teach is suitable for everyone! The Italian DYNAMIC FLOW classes are back friendly, mobilizing and relaxing. The German DYNAMIC FLOW on Tuesday has a changing focus according to my work and your needs. The German DYNAMIC FLOW on Saturday is more playful, flowing and vibrant.
All Times: Berlin/Rome time.

ONLINE YOGA WITH ZOOM

The online yoga classes are broadcasted live via ZOOM. The software is easy to manage for everyone and completely free of charge. Get your yoga class live into your own living room! Detailed instructions below.

I record the classes, so if you miss one you can do it later on via the recording. If you like, I can also give you virtual help or hands on adjustments by pausing the recording. But it’s completely up to you if you’d rather stay anonymous and in your own private zone during streaming. There is also room for exchange or just a natter afterwards.

THE PROCEDURE

  1. Register via email link. Please log in at least 15 minutes before start of the stream.
  2. Download the  ZOOM app onto your smartphone oder desktop PC/Mac.
    The app is free of charge. You don’t even have to register an account on the smartphone, you can just use the link I sent out. However, I do recommend a laptop or desktop PC for a bigger screen (if you haven’t got a smart tv to project onto). With these you log on via the meeting ID and the password.
  3. Pay via Paypal please (see bottom Paypal link). As soon as I receive your payment,  you’ll get an email with the log in details. 
  4. Log in.
  5. Enjoy the class.

Personal Training
Individual Yoga

Personal Training provides the opportunity to work on specific, individual and personal needs. Unlike in an open yoga class the work is more intense. Being concentrated and mindful allows for opening up in a deeper way and thus to understand our own body and mind and its needs more profoundly.

Especially in case of injuries or conditions that cannot be addressed in groups, personal training provides the space to work with them and to develop strategies which are beneficial and practical.

It is not only the physical level which benefits from an individual and customized yoga practice, it also helps to take responsibility and to grow within the conditions given.

Another goal of personal training can be the building of an individual yoga practice with changing focus.

Single appointment (60 minutes) 85 € (plus studio rental).

A universally known problem: The alarm goes off (too) early, maybe you slept poorly and there is no time for gymnastics, sports, or relaxation. On top there are endless meetings, deadline pressures and a mind full of assignments, jobs, problems, and projects which all have to be solved at once.

FAQ

I can only touch my knees with my hands. How can I do Yoga?

If your job is not about physical labour, it is only normal to feel tense and stiff. Don’t worry if touching your toes seems to be impossible. With a regular yoga practice your flexibility will improve noticeably.

I’m already working out in a gym, I don’t need an additional yoga practice

A lot of sports and trainings do offer a very good workout. But as has been proved Yoga has a therapeutic effect: It helps healing injuries, mitigates chronic conditions and balances mental stress.

I did Yoga once, but it was much too slow and boring

Granted, in the beginning it may feel odd to hang out cross-legged with closed eyes. And yes, it is nasty that the most difficult exercise is the first one: sitting in silence. And again in the end. But the amazing thing about it: You will feel the difference. And in-between beginning and end there is an amazing workout.

I don’t have time

The time that you take will get your time’s worth. As soon as you feel your hips opening up, by magic time slots will open up in your day planner.

I’m afraid that Yoga is connected to a religion

Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is a technique, a physical movement that helps improving one’s health. Yoga supports and strengthens the connectedness with the body.

Yoga is for abstainers

Of course you can have some glasses of beer or wine and be a Yogi. It might be that after some time you want to live more healthily. But you don’t have to change your present lifestyle habits.
And the “WOW” effect in Yoga:
Actually you take yoga classes to be more flexible. But then you are surprised that your sleep has become deeper and more restful. Or you notice that you can concentrate better in your job. As soon as you start a regular yoga practice, you will find many positive changes in your life:
a happier attitude towards life
less back pain
increased ability to concentrate
better sleep
more physical flexibility
loss of weight
mental balance
tranquility

Many students leave the yoga class with a smile. My longstanding experience confirms that Yoga thrills the most different people. You can be a runner or a dancer or you just started doing sports: Everyone finds his start in Yoga.
